SHOULD I USE SUPPLEMENTS?
Supplements can help many people maximize their health. A dietary supplement is just that, a supplement. They are not meant to replace a solid nutrition program, just enhance it. All of us have been on a least one diet in our lifetime. But even on your best diet did you ever eat five servings of fresh vegatables and fruits in one day? Probably not!
WHAT SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD I USE?
Depending on individual needs, some people need specific supplements. I always recommend a high quality whey protein supplement, and a multi vitamin and mineral supplement. I do endorse specific companies for these supplements which I supply to any of my clients that need them. If you purchase supplements from anywhere, a good piece of advice is buy only from reputable manufactures that have satisfied customers. Just because it says it on the label, doesn't mean that it is actually in the bottle!
